From Samples to Job Site: How We Deliver Hotel Casegoods

Sourcing casegoods and millwork overseas saves money, but only if what arrives on site matches what the design team drew. Here is the process we run on every hospitality project.

1. Documents first

Our experienced drafters produce shop drawings from your design intent drawings. Material samples and hardware go through an approval process, and a project matrix is approved before anything moves forward.

2. Samples, counter-samples and mock-ups

We make every sample and counter-sample needed to meet design intent. For hotel projects, that can include full guestroom mock-ups. Production starts only once you sign off on the pre-production sample (PPS).

3. Checks during production

Our QC team reviews samples, quality, finishing and pre-assembly, and pre-checks raw materials before they go into production.

4. 100% final check

Every piece goes through a 100% check, report and resolution before packing.

5. Door to door

We coordinate sea or air freight and customs clearance, and deliver to your job site on your opening schedule.
